There's another pinned topic listing those titles already suggested, although it tends to be slightly out-of-date; perusing it and scanning the suggestion topics is a good thing to do first.

And consider this: WN titles are long and descriptive so that folks have an idea what the story is about, so they will click on the link. Putting the name of the title you are suggesting in the topic header is a Good Idea.
