Cannot access some of my previously read books

Got an error saying "A server error occurred while trying to fetch part data" when trying to access certain parts of the book I screenshot. Most particularly part 10 since I wanted to read it.

Another weird thing: the issue happens on the mobile app, mobile web, and desktop web.

@torrmercury Did you purchase that book through J novel club? If you didn't, you aren't supposed to be able to read it, prepub access has expired and it is not on catchup. The error message should be improved but not being able to read it is expected. If you have purchased it, you should be able to access the prepubs but you should probably click "user" at the top of the page and download the epub of the book from the list of books you own, that is the finalized version with all the editing complete and often with additional content.
