A well written story about a music obsessed boy, the people he meets, and the band they form. The build up, touching scenes, and immersive descriptions of music, reminded me of the best parts of Mizuki Nomura's "Book Girl", but about music. While dramatic, it still retains a sense of fun and humor. I am not at all musically talented or knowledgeable, but still got into it.

What's left out of this TL of the publisher's blurb is that he's blackmailed into helping with the Music Teacher's class.
If I've learned anything from the LN/Manga/Anime sub-culture, if you want a quite peaceful existence, don't post anything online that you could conceivably desire not associated with yourself. Just...don't.

After quite sometime, Dengeki Bunko has announced the project shall resume, with the 7th volume to schedule later this year.
Here, an enjoyable cover for the 4th volume meanwhile.
It's nothing short of incredulous he's still writing to this day.
