About Demon King Daimao illustrations

Is it possible to get illustrations without text? Like, buy them or something?

Not from J-Novel; if they were able to obtain those they'd be included in the Premium Edition as one of the bonuses.
I've found that if one searches the illustrator's social media it's surprising how many times you can locate textless cover illustrations.
MAL and ANN sometimes provide links to their Twitter, Pixiv, and other sites; if they don't then they do provide the characters used by the illustrator to identify them in Japanese media, so searching on that character string can also bring stuff up.
Sometimes the publisher's social media will have textless cover illustrations.
Searching on the Japanese title can also bring up such images from time to time. All of the above have been successful at different times for me.

@Geezer-Weasalopes Aww, too bad. Some of the illustrations would be dope as wallpaper.
Sadly, the illustrator for Demon King Daimaou doesn't seem to have any social media and likely even used a pen name since I can't find anything about him/her.
Might try using other methods you suggested. Thanks for the help!

@CrimsonScholar
I just went to the topic [Discussion topic 4902] that lists the for realz premium content for all JNC premium editions, and...
It lists Demon King Daimaou as being one that has textless images for all 13 volumes. So go buy the JNC Premium Edition direct from JNC, and you will have all the color illustrations sans text.
Covers included.Never mind all those other things I suggested this time.
The relevant discussion topic changes its name as they update it, but it's pinned within https://forums.j-novel.club/category/2/general-discussion

@Geezer-Weasalopes Oh, that's nice. Though, question, where exactly do I find those textless illustrations after buying them? For one, I have in general difficulty finding where colored illustrations are. (I only see the cover and the black and white illustrations for light novels while reading them)
For example, I have bought Reborn to Master the Blade V1 but I can't find the colored illustrations for it anyway. (the ones with text)

OHHH, never mind. Figured it out. Got ReadEra on my phone and it has them after I download the file. Thanks for all the previous help.

You've downloaded the book, yes?
Not the prepub stuff, but using the download link from the item in your User Library? (The prepub stuff never has the color illustrations beyond the cover illustration, whether you have purchased the boo or not.)
You have to do that and then open the epub using an ebook reader capable of doing so.Bear in mind that JNC ended up shifting all the color images to the end of their epubs to reduce the number of Amazon takedowns; the folks getting their jollies by reporting things for violating Amazon's amorphous 'community standards' can't be bothered to purchase the works but use what's in the Kindle preview as their justification...and some of those images were awful convenient to them.
So you need to purchase the book directly from JNC at this site, download the purchased copy, and open up the downloaded file and go to the end of the book to find the color illustrations.
The black and white will be where they should be within the text.If you purchase the book via a different site it won't contain the bonus content, so for this it has to be purchased direct from JNC.
Ah.
Timing.
Welp, hopefully this wall of text will be of use to someone down the line! The other nice thing about purchasing direct from JNC is that it'll be DRM free.
