If you check this thread someone from J-Novel comes on and updates situation from time to time. Last post from them said they had no predicted time until repair available.

Look for replies from "staff" for actual updates. Although I'd argue the suggestion that Truck-kun came and took away half the staff to an alternate world is likely the most accurate.
