Comments: I’ve been reading the manga and it seems like a pretty clear-cut “weak guy becomes strong guy” series. People like those, right?

Just wanted to give a boost to this manga.
The description is by far one of the worst enemies of this series and seems to turn away a lot of folks.
I think they were trying to be ironic, but it IN NO WAY comes off that way.
To give a TINY SPOILER, basically, that "certain girl genius" isn't a character until far, far later. And she's basically reprimanded for messing up so many people's lives by doing the summoning her master explicitly told her not to do.
She's not a character in the manga even up to the latest raws (maybe kinda but not really). This is a manga with great art and a general vibe that just feels... different. There's some OP-MC stuff, but in a kind of fun way that also never feels "invincible."
And even then, things are overall rather inventive. The main character is just so DONE with the BS around him, constantly. It seems to rub some readers the wrong way, but I have a hard time understanding why.
I read some of what was translated from the novel, as well. I think this series would fit well into the j-novel club set of series.
Though, I am not certain if the LN was ever properly finished, and the manga has been slow to release - it seems rather irregular. I think the manga is only around chapter 30 right now.
I'd really like to see this series get some attention. I love the art, and the story has not been the usual isekai BS.
