@BartzBB Just a guess on my part, but given that we just got the final two premium epubs released after months of waiting, I'm going to say "Soon. Very soon."
As of right now there is no information on when it will go up for pre-order.
Just a observation but they are probably using all their spare resources on completing the Rokujouma Kickstarter, and then will focus on releasing the other volumes after the fulfillment or when it is close to being fulfilled.

General issue: "crafts" are used where "craft" should be. As pointed out before, when dealing with "craft" referring to a vehicle, it is both singular and plural.
Unless we're dealing with embroidery and similar crafts... :)

Awkward wording. Either some punctuation is needed (commas either side of too), or something like this:
“Things like this sure are difficult for boys, too... Heehee...”
So one of the things I caught rereading the first few volume this time is because of a cultural note in "Master of Ragnarok Blesser of Enherjar" (vol 5 part 5 @15%) about expressing love in Japanese. It references the following story about the Meji Era author Natsume Soseki.

Other versions of the stories have it as "the moon is beautiful" which I know I saw Maki quote in a significant way at the end of volume 11 before she admitted to herself she was in love with Koutarou.
