It's the story of Gouda Takeo, a 1st-year High School student who's so big everyone thinks he's in college, and his girlfriend... who he met in a fashion similar to how Momo met Hime in "Are You OK With A Slightly Older Girlfriend". Like, the only difference is that instead of implying the guy was groping a man, Gouda grabbed the guy's hand and wound up getting suspended for punching the guy after he said the girl deserved it... while in the presence of a police officer. It's the story of their relationship, and I first learned of it through the anime.
So now I've got three series I've got to purchase through Viz I guess, since Wikipedia says Viz has the manga license.

People seem to really like this one (I know I heard middling things early about volume 1, but maybe it gets better as you go cause reception seems pretty good rating wise from English folks able to read it). I'd be down to try it.
