Oh man, I haven't thought about this series since the anime, and I'll double down on the request to be Licenced here. It was such a good series.

@paulnamida Volume 6, actually; I just finished updating the ToC (one of the few thing I'm actually still doing there, it seems.)

@ryu-heishin [Question answered, so redacted as I don’t cause to cause trouble for anyone]

I’ll still want to buy the official translation either way though so I hope J Novel still tries to pick it up.

              1. Someone's gonna point out we shouldn't be discussing fan translation sites here pretty quick.
              2. At the site not-under-discussion, the side bar has to do with chapters released in addition to the regularly scheduled chapters; if you want more than the scheduled three per week or whatever, that's what that's all about.

If you're going to point it out, at least have the sense to move the rest of your reply to DMs...

The series that encouraged JNovel to hook up with Kadokawa just so they could publish it www

So translate and publish a sequel before the original series is translated and published...

@paulnamida Grimoire of Zero is published by Kadokawa, whereas this sequel series was released by a Kodansha publisher.

Yes to this light novel Grimore of Zero being translated,
I'd buy it on digital unless physical is possible.
Then the spin-off Dawn of a Witch can be translated, if the adformentioned is translated. :)
its 11 volumes, and the anime only covered volume 1 of the light novel.

@paulnamida The publishers work in mysterious ways. lol I did preorder the first two volumes of Dawn of the Witch LN today though. It's better than nothing even if it doesn't make much sense translating the sequel first.

                                      • Publisher: Dengenki Bunko so Kadokawa, sorry guys :,(

Why do you hate me so much Pancake-Sama?

Is it cause I had some flapjacks for breakfast today?

Seriously though i really wanna read this the anime left me wanting so much more...

                                      Dumb question
If its Dengeki Bunko it wont make it to JNC?
Now JNC is under Kadokawa umbrella, are there a chance (if it exist) or none (this really exist)

@roughroadface51 We posted about that more than 4 years ago when things were different. The only thing JNC has licensed from Dengeki Bunko was Misfit of Demon King Academy, so I would recommend buying that to show support. But be warned that having an anime 5+ years ago is not good for the prospects, as LNs licensed with anime that old usually flop in English. So another recommendation is to support older LNs, like Supernatural Battles, Slayers, FMP, Crest of the Stars, Orphen, Kokoro Connect, Amagi Brilliant Park, Infinite Stratos, Outbreak Company, etc. Almost every time JNC has taken a gamble on these older series with long-forgotten anime, they've flopped financially for JNC (at least in ebook format).
