Orikawa went to a prep high school for crazy smart kids; being as self-conscious as she is, she decided to be Bungaku shojo "Literature girl"...weelllll, in appearance only.
Affected by Natsuhiko Kyogoku's look, she decided to buy a black glove and black undershirt, and pretend to read in public places. Somehow, she got someone developing a crush on her cuz of that, and this guy just happens to be trash who has stalker tendencies, nonetheless he's quite harmless.
Natsuhiko Kyogoku (Author of The Summer of the Ubume, released by Vertical, but it's outta print now and Loups-Garous, released by VIZ)
Why should JNC license it?
- It's originally a web gag manga with one chapter consisting of one page, so it fits JNC system.
- I believe that funny and gag manga fit JNC audience
- It covers variety of Japanese literary books, which will be nice way to be exposed to new non-LN titles. (Some are already licensed like Yukito Ayatsuji's The Decagon House Murders and Another and Haruki Murakami's books and some ain't as fortunate)
Plus, Is there really anyone can say no to this face?

The cover page link is broken at the top.Throwing in support. As someone that reads and reviews and discusses works, I like books about readers to discover more interesting stuff . x)

@terrence
It's been happening a lot lately.
Well, changed the whole thing to better pic -
What does Kuzu translate to? Google gives me scrap.
"Scrap and eyeglasses and literature"
This is neither here nor there, but sometimes I see Kudzu System used in LN titles. I assume that means caste system or something? I dunno. Kudzu is a plant I think?

@terrence
Trash, human trash.
It means Scum, glasses, and literature girl.
Which reminds me that I failed to mention he has stalker tendencies.
