It’s a long “o” so I would personally romanise as Sanda Shirou. Although the publisher of this specific book is using Nihon-Shiki, “Sanda Siro,” they themselves use Shirou on Kakuyomu: https://kakuyomu.jp/users/shirou_sanda
Note that this is in Japanese order (given name last), whereas you’ve given the illustrator’s name in western order (given name first).
