I, Himuro Ryouji, am one of the people thrown into the popular different world as an inhabitant. Somehow, in a different world with ordinary specs and no particular cheat ability. And so, I, who has trouble even with food, will use the last resort! I’ll cultivate monsters and make them into dishes! A dangerous idea if I say so myself.

Because there are no vegetables in this world, while I’m cultivating monsters, I’ll make dishes, I’ll occasionally be dragged into fights, it’s that kind of story.

In addition, the style of the story is that the slow life will be thrown away in the latter half and there will be ‘serious’ type developments.

I have read the translated manga version of isekai desu ga mamono saibai shiteimasu and I like it a lot, but i'm hoping the light novel version will be licensed to English.

I admit it's pretty silly and it's just similar to "Farming Life in Another World/Isekai Nonbiri Nouka" as things just work out and they keep getting new people, but I enjoyed this more cuz the 2 main character have this nice partner/trust relationship.

Also, I think the people who like cooking with weird monster stuff like "Delicious in Dungeon/Dungeon Meshi" would love this one.

Quite a weird series. It started as a silly and light-hearted read, but oh boy does it get dark occasionally later on.
While having below average quality of the prose, it is surprisingly well thought-out thematically, being one of the few series where "no killing" policy actually does make sense narratively. It also has a whiff of persian mythology, which is pretty rare in LNs.

It is also complete at 6 volumes, reaching intended stopping point.
