Which unfortunately, Overlap has very few of (I guess they're only 5 years old? But still...).
Well, that explains why their catalog is full of Isekais....
I think I posted it earlier, but here's their 5th anniversary sale page on Bookwalker.
オーバーラップ5周年電子書籍フェア 270冊以上50%OFF 豪華特典小冊子付き 4/14まで https://bookwalker.jp/ex/feature/overlap5th-bw/
I'll post the books later that I'm thinking about getting... But probably won't get.
I have 1800 coins left, 1200 I gotta use this month, and was really thinking of using it on Until Your Bones Rot volumes 4+5+6, but man, English language manga is so expensive, 860 JPY for one US work, only 400 JPY for the Japanese language work. xC

@terrence
I view all American books as expensive. (well, they are too expensive for my currency, I wanna cry)
The new Katanagatari volume price will be equal to 1/6 of my country's middle class monthly salary. It will be hardcover | $29.95
-
I have 100 Coins on Bookwalker due to a giveaway, but I don't know if I can even purchase anything on there with that much, unless there's a coupon code or something like that.
Anyway, I do want to see this series licensed
it's called "Jishou F-Rank no Oniisama ga Game de Hyouka sareru Gakuen no Chouten ni Kunrin suru Sou desu yo?"

On the JP store, they once had volumes of Amagi Brilliant Park on sale for 99 coins. I think Konosuba volumes were 99 coins too once for a special event, as well as that "I Am Your Father" light novel series. Maybe you can find some super cheap manga? But of course, you'll either have to machine translate or just look at the pretty pictures if you don't know Japanese. =[

I've seen that one. Kind of reminds me of Kakegurui, but I haven't looked closely at the synopsis.

To be fair, that's fucking expensive in America too O.o but it is a 3-in-1 compilation, so you're basically paying for 3 normal LNs stuck together in a giant book-blob.
-
@myskaros
Well, it's hardcover and more than 600 pages, so I don't think it's too expensive by the States's standards.
But again, it's pretty expensive compared to 7Seas' $18.99 Boogiepop tho -
I just remembered a manga I read a long time ago and have been waiting for its LN to get translated to no avail: Tokage no Ou.
It had a sick-ass premise, and the 3 volume manga adapts only the first volume. A volume that was titled "A loooong prologue". And holy crap, was that prologue engaging, and it ended with a cliff-hanger that had me craving for months until I finally gave up hope.
Unfortunately it's Dengeki Bunko, so Kadokawa, but still, it's a series I'd love to finally be able to read, I need to know what comes after that cliff-hanger.
-
At the rate Yen press is going I doubt I'll get to read the overlord light novel before season 3 comes out.
-
@galactuskahn24 S3 of "Overlord" does start with Volume 7, so they're close to getting at where season 2 ends.
-
Anyway, I want to see some Nasuverse series licensed, specifically "Fate/Zero" and "Kara No Kyoukai"
-
@xftg123 What amazes me is that Fate/Zero has been licensed in Polish, but not the widely more spoken language of English. Makes me wonder if Type-Moon just blacklisted us totally.
-
@legitpancake I knew about the Polish license. It did surprise me as well
-
@xftg123 they just finished six before season 2 started
-
I was thinking JNC could license "Violet Evergarden"
the anime has already ended, plus there's significant changes between the LN and the anime.
Plus, its under Kyoto Animation's LN label, and it's only two volumes (so far?).

Was browsing around and this caught my attention.
Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear
Yuna, a 15-year-old girl, started playing the world's first VRMMO. She has earned billions of yen in stocks, and confines herself in her house playing the game without going to school. Today, a major update has arrived and she obtained a non-transferable rare bear outfit. But the equipment is so embarrassing that she can't wear it even in the game. Furthermore, when she answers the survey regarding the new update and relaunches the game, she appears in and unknown forest in the bear outfit. Where is this? Email from God? A different world? If she wears the bear outfit she's a cheat, if she takes it off she's a normal girl. Her adventure starts just like that. Yuna began doing whatever she wanted.Sounds like fun!

Here are some, I think they are all in the same universe or something like that (all I know about these series is basically same author).
Cheat Majutsu de Unmei wo Nejifuseru
Elf Tensei Kara no Cheat Kenkoku-ki
Maou-sama no Machizukuri! ~Saikyou no Danjon wa Kindai Toshi~
Upstart Pastry Chef ~Territory Management of a Genius Pâtisserie~
Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi ~ Sokushi Mahou to Skill Copy no Choetsu Heal
(cover seems a bit risky so here is this instead)
Edit: I do not really expect that last one, I decided to read a bit of the manga since there was one and it probably will not happen.
-
I would like to see this one translated

@drone205 yeah, Kaifuku will probably never get licensed. It's pretty much porn, hardcore porn at that, and Volume 1 can even be considered tame, Volume 3-4 have outright snuff... so yeah, it probably won't be licensed. But I can confirm that Kaifuku Jutsushi and Cheat Majutsu are indeed part of the same world. The MC in Kaifuku makes some remarks about an ancient hero (Cheat Majutsu's MC) who discovered that eating magic beasts meat lets you raise your stats, and from what I've read in animesuki seems like all his series' are set in the same world.

Just a small development in a series I want.
Remake Our Life (Time travel from the age of 28 back to when they were 18 to relive more fun times).

This one is MF Bunko / Kadokawa, so probably zero chance we get it, and even slim odds from Yen (we don't even have Classroom of the Elite, and that has an anime).
Anyways, its upcoming release is volume 4. What's notable is that, assuming this is a triangle light novel, they may have decided the "winner" since
-
@paulnamida Got to agree with that. Then again JNC did license "How Not To Summon A Demon Lord", which is borderline(ish) hentai...
