Can't apply for membership
When finishing my payment information it said "Your card was declined" but my card still working properly.

That will work faster then waiting for someone to see the forums.
@sikarin Send an email to support@ and I will take a look at the transaction.
But generally that errors means that you bank is blocking the transaction for some reason and you need to contact them.
