Description: The kingdom of Heileland had a long and proud history. However, during the night of the Star Festival celebrating the birth of the kingdom, Queen Alicia was stabbed through the chest as a rebel army stormed the castle. Her beloved king had abandoned the people and fled with his favorite mistress. Alicia should have died in the depths of despair, reviled as the “Courtesan’s Poisonous Rose”, but for some reason, she was given a second chance at her life.
On her 10th birthday, she suddenly regained memories of the night of the uprising. In her redo-life, Princess Alicia began to ascertain what happened through the chaos. In a strange twist of fate, Alicia ran into the bishounen who had killed her in her previous life: Clovis.
The princess, to whom fate had granted a second chance, in order to avert the gruesome future awaiting the kingdom, must work together with the would-be leader of the revolutionaries, Aide-to-the-Princess, Clovis.
A novel with the 'Evil Queen' setting I totally like. Well... at the beginning. The protagonist get's the chance to redo her life and this time she wants to make it right. I can't say really more, since I don't know much of it's contents, but this novel sounds really interesting, the art is totally pretty too (and there are even color illustrations) and I already like both the protagonist and male lead, their appearances are just stunning (I've never seen a female protagonist with such unique features like the blue hair in light novels... only with silver hair, which gets a bit boring over the time.). The length of this novel is quite short too, so for readers who like short series more, this one would be quite nice, the same goes probably for licensing.

Haha, I'm slowly getting bored of the always silver, white or platinium blonde haired heroines too (nearly each novel has them), so this one is really refreshing and the story sounds good too (again you've got me already hooked up with the 'Evil Queen' setting).xD

'Evil Queen' setting???!!! Count me in!
-
Sounds interesting, I will definitely read it, if this novel ever gets licensed!

Ha ha, same. It's probably not a good enough reason to read one thing over another (but... I do this sometimes, lol)... But I still like some hair diversity! x)
Blue hair is great. And so is a short completed series.

Sounds really interesting and the male lead is so handsome.^^

The art is gorgeous!!
The story sounds interesting, or rather, I eat up that sort of plot with a spoon haha
-
I really like the art too, it‘s so beautiful and now, that it got a manga adaption, I assume there should be a higher chance for this novel to get licensed.
-
The manga adaption looks quite interesting and the art style is pretty too. I‘m looking forward to it.
-
@SilverCat422 Looks good. I would like to read the manga too.
-
I only noticed it now, but this novel got published by PASH! Books, right? So it should have a higher chance than other novels to get licensed by JNC.

Found this while looking for information for a suggestion thread:
An illustration of the female protagonists of different novels Futaba Hazuki did draw the illustrations for. For two of these novels J-Novel Club should be able to get the licenses. For three of these novels J-Novel Club should be able to get the licenses. -
Would love if this got licensed! Kinda reminds me of Tearmoon Empire!
-
Licensed by Cross Infinite World as Revolutionary Reprise of the Blue Rose Princess.
