It seems this is a discussion topic made to discuss various different manga.
Thee is nothing inherently against that, that being said if you wish to make a suggestion for licensing it would be better made in the licensing suggestions subforum. At the same time, if the title in question is already licensed by another publisher then a licensing suggestion would be null, and would have to be locked down.
Additionally you mention a square enix deal, there is no partnership with square enix at this time.
For information regarding the recent news with Kadokawa please refer to the news discussion topic. https://forums.j-novel.club/topic/4407/j-novel-club-announces-new-business-partnership-with-kadokawa-and-bookwalker?page=1 at this time there is no more information available beyond what is discussed there.
Lastly, we do understand that as a discussion topic there would be many comments made by the OP, however at this point it is starting to touch the line into spamming, which would be against the forum rules.
