We can just about see it happening here, Georgine hints to Delindt, and others, and it permeates through even greater duchies who want to see him return to the stage (and at least one duchy, ditter).

Granted. I don’t really trust anyone at the best of times in any story…. Lol hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if Georgine framed the first and second wives families, or lured them into their stances just to get rid of them so she could BE first wife…

And I’ve got in my head that she’s done the same to the Aub to install Detlinde(sp?) into the position, giving her ultimate power there. Which makes it even more important for Ferdinand to follow the “request” of the king and aub of Ahrenbach.

Personally, I don't care what's in the fanbook. I might have, if it illuminated something that was unclear in the novel, but the novel says "puberty" and (as far as I am aware) never contradicts that.

yep, I know that, & Yes!, they where also in the Pre-Pubs. I've read them there too.
if you read well, my question was "if those where exclusive made by B*W", as have been confirmed, or JNC will release them too. (sadly not)

I think Ferdinand may have a role similar to Cinderella in the story. He has the wicked stepmother for it.

@zwabbit Well damn! This was fantastic... not only did you do a great job capturing the general feel of the series, you also presented a side story that felt like it could plausibly actually happen.

@korn101 Seeing as most systems don't have other inputs reduced to a rounding error on account of the presence of things like the sun, that tells you pretty clearly that the sun's own input, whatever the sun's own innate mas, is minuscule as far as that system goes. There's nothing to indicate otherwise for the system of magic in the Bookverse either.

A much more likely explanation is that they don't seem to have made a practice of washing their vegetables prior to cooking, so if they didn't parboil the vegetables and throw out the water they would have been eating all kinds of nasty stuff from the dirt on the vegetables, which could easily cause all kinds of health issues

Based on the insinuations Ferdinand has made a couple of times, his ex-fiancee is almost certainly Hildebrand's mother, and she was the one dissatisfied with said engagement and went and got hitched with the current king/then prince instead to get out of it.

Another thing to note. If Hesshitze had any awareness of how bad Ferdinand's situation was in Ehrenfest, then his giving his cape to Ferdinand may have been also a backdoor way of giving Ferdinand something that was embroidered because he knew Ferdinand would have difficulty getting any such work done on his own cape.
