So, how does this line up with the LN? Cornelius speaking with Elvira before Rozemyne arrived, and him taking her to the estate's book room both come from side stories, so weren't included in my LN summary.

Chapter: Preparing for the Baptism Ceremony
Coprophagic fey beasts introduced. I'll be so disappointed if they skip this. Long live Sludge and Slurp! Also, it is necessary set up for the remodelling of the lower city which happens later.

Indeed it was very brief.
Cornelius had been forced to listen to [Elvira gushing about Ferdinand] up until now, and was more than glad to be able to push that role onto me.
“The way I see it, a fellow girl would understand Lord Ferdinand’s attractiveness far more than I would,” he had said.
...Well, not really. I definitely don’t understand it.
Another bit which I'd really like to see but is liable to be cut.

I had tried saying that once, but Elvira brushed the idea right off. “My my, Rozemyne. A kind man incapable of plotting or exterminating his enemies is simply no good at all.”

The closest we get is Elvira admiring how Ferdinand manipulated R with the 'bribe' of temple book room keys.
Ferdinand bribes Rozemyne with temple bookroom keys to memorize many names, but she's going to get those keys anyhow. Yet another fun-but-deletable bit.

Choosing a dress for baptism, with Elvira Skipable. Maybe a short montage. Karstedt appears and has "an exhausted look in his eyes" which we can guess is due to him having had to mind-read Count Toad. If they play out this scene fully, will we see this? (But this follows from Karstedt meeting Damuel after the fight, which is itself liable to be cut.)
A sliver survives in the end-of-episode chibi scene.

Chapter Adoption
Sylvester praises Rozemyne. Rozemyne is horrified at how overblown it is. Neccessary. I'm hoping for some good chibi reactions.
No reactions. In fact, I think the post-end-theme bit is the only chibiness we get all episode.
Rozemyne's first anticipation that she might end up married to Wilfried. Becomes avaricious of inkless mana pen. Cuttable, but I want chibi reactions please.

Brigitte introduced. Neccessary. (Although the entire Brigitte/Damuel subplot is likely to get cut if they're cramming.)

A paragraph covers Rozemyne greeting various unnamed nobles. Very skippable, but if this is animated, we might get a sneak preview of Brunhilde. I speculate that meeting Hartmut didn't happen, so he could be waiting in queue, ideally next in queue when ...

If they're trying to speed run the entire part in 20 episodes, this is probably about where episode 1 ends. I'm really hoping that instead, this is about where episode 2 ends.
So clearly they are intending to finish in 20ish episodes.
