This doesn't sound like an error with the prepub, but with the actual ebook file.

@akotsu Had the same problem. Customer assistance had me go to settings then on to Repair account. They were friendly and helpful. Chat wait time was quick. I think they had to remove the book from my account and resubmit from their end first before I had to go to settings.

Might want to check with your financial institution to make sure they didn't put a hold on the transaction. They do that some times for no particular reason.

It looks like the release got pushed back, the schedule shows it's coming out tomorrow now.

I have some questions to ask that will help us troubleshoot what's going on.

I don't want to assume just because you're a premium member, but are you buying the premium ebooks from our site, or on another store such as Kindle or Kobo? Are you on PC or phone? What kind of program or app are you trying to use? Is it the latest version? Have you tried using a different program/app? What warnings or errors are you seeing? If none, what exactly is happening when you try to open an ebook? Which series/volumes exactly are you having trouble with? If some books do work correctly, which volumes are those?

If you don't feel comfortable answering these questions on a public forum, you can also send an e-mail to support@j-novel.club.

It happened to me as well a while a back. It was because my gmail address somehow bounced back some emails and I think the forum put the email in some kind of blocked list. (Not sure on the specifics really.) I did send my email address to @chocolatkey and he did solve the issue for me. Can't say for sure if you're having the same issue though.

You were able to see it yesterday because the new site was still the active current site at the time.

Currently we have reverted back to the former site, which does not allow users to place a pre-order immediately after a new series launches.

If you wish to pre-order Bookworm Part 3 Volume 5, you can go to the beta site and place your pre-order there, and it will populate your library as a pre-order until it is ready to release.

Edit: I should point out that currently Part 3 Volume 5 is a pre-order.

On J-Novel Club each book is broken down into a set number of parts are released to members over the course of weeks linked to the number of parts.

After all the parts have been released then the book is complied and released as an ebook on all platforms including J-Novel Club’s own e-store.

So when you do purchase Part 3 Volume 5 you will be pre-ordering it and will receive the actual ebook in the future after it has been compiled edited and ready for release.
