Next question: Which membership? Readers or Club?
Readers Library gives access to a ton of older stuff.
Club gives access to what is currently in pre publication.

If Reader, it doesn't give the access you seek.
If Club...email support@j-novel.club since they'll need info you shouldn't be sharing here.

If you got Reader and wanted Club, you'd also want to email them to see about swapping it out.

@shanadir, I was able to confirm that it is a bug in the latest version that will keep filtering by catchups if you were filtering by them before the update. We are working on an update to fix this with some other small changes.

We have also configured the server to ignore that part of the search query, since it is deprecated. So the Series tab should work for you now. Hope that helps.

@kevinjamesmaguire For the record, to cancel your subscription, go to your user page. Click on 'Billing' (from the menu on the left), then 'Cancel Subscription' (one of the buttons in the top right).

If you want a refund, however, then you should email support as Kurzaa suggested.

For the availability of Hell Mode: Currently, the Reader's Library (Available to either 'reader' subscription) does not include that series.

The non-reader (and combined) subscriptions do apply to the series, but only during the pre-publication period of each volume (it varies a little, but approximately 4 months before publication to the middle of the month after publication). During that time, subscribers are given early access to the book, with one chunk being made available each week until the entire book is readable.

Unfortunately, none of the series is in this window - Volume 11 left pre-publication last month, and volume 12 has not yet begun its pre-publication period.

Purchasing a book does give you permanent access to it without requiring an active subscription - both online, and a downloadable copy. There is a subscriber discount for purchases... But, honestly, if you're only interested in that one series, you're better off asking support to refund the subscription and then buying the books individually at full price.

@J-H-rbvg8ss There was a glitch last week as got pointed out in the volume discussion topic. They accidentally skipped a week, so they replaced it with the correct part. If you go back to part 8, you'll receive new content.

@myskaros So they appear to be on the store and buyable now, but they no longer link together as a series or recognize old volumes. Is that an amazon or Jnovel issue?
