Would be helpful to know more about the series other than a pretty generic synopsis that seems ripped right off an opening line. Who's the Japanese Publisher? Author? Illustrator? Why do you want it specifically licensed? Got any links like Bookwalker or to the JP Publisher itself? How about a cover?

If it's this one, looks like it had a volume 1 back in June, nothing else yet.

The author has put out volumes in 6 unique series just this year (the "black hole" skill one got its volume 2 in January, but nothing since; one series just got its 3rd volume in October, one got a third volume back in February, another got to volume 2, and this and 2 more series received volume 1s this year). So they've been busy.
