Impression:
There's harem but I'm honestly not sure if it really is a harem genre... and it's a love triangle too, but you can expect to have drama coming your way when it comes to love. Story is pretty fleshed out since I read the web novel of this and mostly focused on school and the adventure guild as well as dragons and monsters and other powerful individuals/beings.
I'm not sure if it'll be the same as the light novel version. But I do think that if you give it a read (whether from raw or translated) you'd get a good idea about it.
