The market is currently flooded with isekai titles. Gender-bender titles aren't hard to find. There are isekai gender-bender titles, including one one recently licensed by JNC. That by itself isn't enough to sell me.
So what makes this one interesting? A capsule plot summary isn't enough; is it the tone? Quality of the writing? Characterization?

No description I could give could accurately describe how fun the manga is in its execution. I hope that applies to the novel too. Easiest way to get a hang of it would probably be to check out a few chapters of the manga.To give points from the novel/manga,

I read the manga and i really would love to read the Novel for this one. Currently Seven Seas has the Manga licensed. As far as i know the Novel isn`t licensed.

Thats how far the Manga actually goes. Without Textsamples it would be rather difficult to assume how the novel is written.
For what i can see from the Manga you can image a mix of Reborn to Master the Blade: From Hero-King to Extraordinary Squire ♀ and Housekeeping Mage from Another World: Making Your Adventures Feel Like Home! or Bookworm.Reborn cause the Gender Bender Stuff. But the MC is by no means battlecrazy. She is avoiding it. But well with her knowledge from her former live and magic she finds ways to get the job done if neccesary. There are some jokes too. But it is not a comedy series.
Housekeeping because the story goes more in the direction of Advantenture, with a little bit slice of life. Ren doesn't play superhero nor is she one. So far she has Power, but the story hasn't progressed far enough to tell how Powerfull she is.
Bookworm, cause there are hints of a solid World Build with logic as far as i have seen. Than there is that stuff with the greedy merchant and nobles. And most importarnt, the MC doesn`t try to slove erverything with Power or her Skills.As far as i can tell from other series 2-3 Volumes of Manga would be the plot of one Lightnovel.

I really enjoyed the WN translation of this one. The translation stopped at CH143 which at the time was the last WN chapter released at the end of 2020. This year the author released up to CH148.
From the looks of the Synopsis though the LN doesn't go any further in the story.

Yeah i 'm a big fan even if it has kinda got off track and the author has effectively stopped writing...

FYI sevenseas has published 5 volumes of the manga (soon to be 6) and I believe the wn has seen some recent activity.
One aspect I like is that the mc isn't just reincarnated but seems to be an amalgam of 2 people kind of like Arcus from Reborn magician Rises from Failure. Also the mc isn't afraid to embrace being a girl and doing her daily task. 🤣

I do have to wonder how this manga is faring in southern USA😄...

@Torka I always wonder if things like this should be labeled as "lgbt". Seems like it might qualify as more fetishistic in nature. I mean, it's great if you want to see a story like this as representation but I feel like some people who read this with that as the expectation might be disappointed to find the story is specifically targeted at heterosexual cis men.

On second thought they do tend to license some quite risky stuff once in a while. Like The Great Snake’s Bride;
This series we are talking about here is pretty much vanilla in comparison.

There is one difference between the LN and the manga in that the manga is cagey about her actual age while the LN is clear about her being 10 (IIRC) at the start. OTOH, the manga art is a lot hornier.
