Payment failed but my money was taken AND I didn't get the coins?

I downloaded the app today and was trying to buy some coins so I could read a series. When I tried to by the £15.99 pack ($17.99), it said the payment failed and didn't give me the coins. That is already an issue, but then the money was charged from my account even though I didn't receive anything due to the failed payment! How do I get my money back, or at least get the coins?

@tagents You'll want to send them an email at support@j-novel.club as they'll likely need to ask questions about the transaction details. Do note their support is open during regular business hours in I believe Texas, so they may not get back to you until tomorrow.

@tagents FYI, if you got a receipt from the purchase, then please email support, as jpwong said, with the transaction ID from the receipt. If you never got a receipt, then you'll want to contact your device's store (Apple or Android) since they're the ones that took your money, it never made it to us.

@myskaros I didn't get any sort of receipt or order confirmation from J-Novel Club, just from Google. I assume that means I should email them yes? I'll get to that, thank you

@tagents If you got a receipt with a transaction ID from Google, stating that you bought a JNC product, then we should have received the money and our support team can help you.
