This is another series I’d like to see get licensed. It’s frustrating the manga of a series gets licensed, but the actual series source material is the light novel, which usually means that unless the novel eventually is also licensed we English readers will never get the entire story. I’m still hoping this novel series gets licensed, back to waiting and hoping. Help us out JNC, pretty please!

Looks like the author and artist lady's working on a new fantasy series after this wraps up. Hopefully JNC can get to it before the big K assigns KH to crash this one like he did with the other series licensed under them.
Also, this is related since Taro Hituji has a tendency of linking his works together vaguely, with this series at its core. Unsure if this new one will be related.

Volume 22 won the April 2023 award for LN News' Hot Action Battles category (熱かった部門)

Bumping the most voted suggestion, it was fun show, I'll definitely read it when once it's licensed
-
Apparently this series will be wrapping up with the upcoming V23 release. Sure would be nice to get to read it. The anime was really fun and I hear the LN is much better.
At 10-12 parts per volume, there's a good 5 years worth of releases here.

Half of V24 Cover, finale wraps up on November (☞゚ヮ゚)☞
Last chance JNC, better this be done in yalls hands than the other publishers who would license it just to banish it to never gonna continue hell.
-
Volume 23 cover, is the 1/2 of the finale in November
Cone on JNC, don't make us fork out a 33 volume long stick to poke with D:

GODDAMMIT Fantasia Bunko
Have a combination folks, it's both covers at once.
Now where did they put the "Poke JNC-inator"

Wouldn't it be epic if JNC picked this up as a way to preserve the series in English as well?

This post is deleted! -
@kbm15 Well that was weird, last post got nuked.
But yes, better them than someone else.

@Arsh-Ali-Tanzeem-ho4fqbg
I have to agree it's something I would pick up. -

JNC has licensed some other older series I believe, so there is hope.

We have and they generally perform poorly, so if you do want to see more stuff like that, it would help to show other LN readers those series we've already translated and see if they want to buy them first :)

Right.
JNC is likelier to do so again if the earlier 'older series' became profitable.
Sufficiently so to justify picking up an older series rather than a newer series. -
@myskaros well the one that immediately jumps to mind is Chivalry of a Failed Knight which I love. However I also bought the first 3 vol once all ready.
I will be picking them up from 4 onwards as monies just to tight to justify buying books twice at the moment.
-
@myskaros Out of curiosity, what would you define as an 'older' series?
-
@QuixoticHorizon In this case, what we're talking about are specifically "series that had an anime 2+ years ago." We've tried licensing plenty of those, thinking that readers would like to read beyond the anime end, but in our experience it very rarely actually happens that way. I'm sure that there are a handful of individual readers who do buy the series, but we are still a business, and if these series don't break even when it comes to the costs of licensing and translating the books, then we hope everyone understands our hesitation to license more.
