Acquisitions Speculation - General

@BartzBB But what if the unannounced titles are only manga? I’m not fond of manga in ebook format, so I hope they will announce more light novel titles.
-
The 4th hint could be Ben-To:
- "To" is a Japanese Particle
- Japanese Templeton -> Franklin Templeton Investments (google result / has Japanese branch) -> traded as BEN on the stock market
-
@Lake seems a stretch but hades I'd love you to be right as I've wanted that one for years...

Panel time

Oh hell yes! At least one of those is on point! Both the light novel and the manga! Hell Yeah! Thanks for licensing Black Summoner!
-
kinda disappointing round of announcements for me, a couple of titles i will give a chance but nothing I'm actually excited for.
Ho hum can't always get what you want, I'll just hope for better luck next time.
-
This time I got disappointed, there is nothing really for me... I might check out The Sorcerer’s Receptionist and Slayers though.
-
-
I feel really stupid for not getting the Zelenograd hint. I know I thought about googling that exact combination of words and just...didn't.
-
Although it was fun to get so many series at once it also feels kinda overwhelming, I'm kinda worried some of these new licenses won't catch on here because they might get lost in the shuffle. It would be a shame since I really enjoy reading the discussions here.
-
The website and app upgrades are the best announcement of the bunch.
Some licenses are/sound interesting like Instant death, Holmes and Bloodlines, but the rest is kinda meh.
Slayers will probably attracted a whole new fringe of readers so that pretty cool. -
While there wasn't anything I was dying for or what I would have had in my top ten wants, most everything that got licensed I had on the wishlist (outside of the two black robed character series in Gluttony and Black Summoner, the anime based titles, and the Minotaur and Bloodline ones I never heard of). Holmes of Kyoto in particular a good sign for mystery. So I was pretty happy.
People are really down on Failure Frame as a "clone", huh? I always liked the look of the art, though that's subjective, and I try not to look too deeply into a story before I've read it to give it my full attention / as blind a reaction as possible, so I didn't realize this was the title folks were talking about.
Even if it's a "clone", the girl on the cover appears not to be a Loli, so that already is a big superficial difference. And a lot of titles do that "they threw me off into a pit to die, but I just became stronger / changed my hairstyle / came back for revenge", so I wouldn't begrudge it that set-up necessarily. A lot of set-ups in LN follow similar formula (Meet god, god gave me these OP / crap abilities, I wake up in the forest and save a girl, etc), and then they settle in after.

So now that Date a Live and Highschool DxD are here, what does light novel Twitter clamor for next?
-
Guin Saga
-
Now I wonder if I need to meme the hell out of Akashic Records to get it licensed *sigh*

Hooray! New stuff!😄✨🎆🎉😊
......not gonna lie though, I'm a little disappointed that we didn't get some hints on the announcement page this time 🤷♀️
It's just so much fun to see people guesses whenever that happens 😊 -
Hopefully one of them is Kenja

Ghostly Good Time? Hmmm...
(I'd like some more horror, but if that's a hint, maybe something like Holy Grail of Eris that has a ghost as a major character in a more traditional Fantasy / royalty based setting).
