Yes, it is indeed an original manga. However, j-novel does have one of the author's (Mikawa Ghost) novel works; My Friend's Little Sister Has It In for Me!

What an adorable hairstyle! You can’t fail with double buns. Her character design is cute if you ask me, sweet and innocent. Really appealing. The white and blue goes well with blonde characters.

      From reading web novel:
Once MC gets his hands on hitchhikers guide to the galaxy (tentative name), he goes around to collect rare items and comes across a bandit hideout where he meets the girl on the cover. She is merchants daughter and been kidnapped, possibly to be sold as a slave or for ransom purpose.
Later on when they meet again, she wants to thank him and he asks her out on a date. They have a good time together during the date and end it with a kiss (which was a first for both of them).

In the hero party, there is a swordwoman called Misha, she could possibly have a crush on protagonist. But from the thoughts of protagonist so far, he does not seem to see either the saintess or swordwoman as women.
