Why?
This is an uncommon Isekai, at least I don't remember seeing any other LN where the protagonist is re-incarnated in a world of magic but can't use it and instead tries to solve everything re-creating weapons from his former world. And yes, as you can guess yourselves from the title, it is an harem LN. -

It's at least less common for the protagonist to have the opposite of cheat skills, though: in this series, his mana capacity is so small as to be almost useless, and that's permanently the case. He was a gun nut who built gun models in the original world, and IIRC that is literally all he has going for him. He ends up using his very limited mana to do energy-efficient things like physical enhancement and helping him aim, since he doesn't have enough mana to do anything serious with magic.

This LN is awesome, especially on the later parts. I already read the raw, and what can i tell you is that the level of the Chekov guns in this story is astounding, on the levels of one piece the author never forgets. Even though Lute is doing something that seems useless and out of the storyline, expect it will return later as a plot point. I.e.

I can list many chekovs that happened there but that aint fun, i suggest you read the story.

As for the LN, I have only read up to the current fan translation. And the translator is really really slow, someone had picked it up but the original translator posted a new chapter and after that nothing again... :(

I wait for the manga release of this every month. It really is a great story and one that deserves an English translation. Unfortunately fan subs of the manga are somewhat slow but there generally is a lot of text in the manga so it is understandable.

Yeah, it looks like this series is complete at volume 12. I just found out recently. (LNDB still lists it wrongly as ongoing though.)
