Novel pick-up requests

I would like to request The Princess and the Pilot (とある飛空士への追憶 "Recollections for a Certain Pilot") by Koroku Inumura. This light novel and the subsequent sequel/spinoff light novels is really popular in Japan. It has been addapted into a feature anime film and an anime series for the spinoffs.

I would also recommend the Black Lagoon spinoff light novels. The Anime and manga series of Black Lagoon are popular in both Japan and the US, but the light novel spin offs have never been published in english, so translating them could attract the manga/anime fans to light novels.

Requesting Gamers! Just finished the one currently fan-translated translated volume and I'd love it if this series got licensed. I couldn't help binge reading it throughout the night with how hilarious it is and how kind the God of Romcom is. Checking, my god of Romcoms is Aoi, Sekina. The glorious author behind the harem series which made me who I am today. (Honestly didn't even realize until after I checked.) So yea, license Seitokai no Ichizon while you're at it please.

@Aruseus493 is "Gamers!" worth the read? I thought it was just a LN full of clichés. I think I read the first pages of the manga, it turned me off

@gocav Hell yeah, the anime really got me hooked right after episode 1, although for the most part I just kept thinking why none of the girls are questioning why they have to have their midriffs showing...not that I am complaining.

@sparhawk6 I wish Seven Seas had released at least 1 volume before the anime aired...

And I felt like the anime was being rushed but that happens so much these days I have gotten used to it.

I still hate how much they cut out of the Danmachi Side Story Sword Oratoria they left out over 25% of the book in episode 1 alone.

First volume of Akashic will be out 22. August I think.

Just a thought. You have licenced two of the three most rated "Overlap" novels on Novelupdates. WHY NOT LICENCE the third one as well, which is the highest rated of all three.

I really hope Long Title clue is for "I Got Reincarnated And Mistaken As A Genius?". The WN translations are pretty much dead but I want to read more :(

@ImIlyaz Honestly, if you take the manga's first chapter at face value, it's super misleading. I'd definitely recommend reading at least the first volume.

I swear the guy is an actual genius too (He is no one compared to you, though). He just thinks he is not. It is one of the funniest slice of life comedies out there. It is also quite popular in Novelupdates and has a good rating. I think, it can be quite successful if picked up. And the WN translations are pretty much dead so most people would become a JNC member in order to read it.

I think, you should consider licensing it. Just think about it
