Name: On the 6th Playthrough of the Otome Game, the Auto-Mode Broke
Otome Game Rokkushuume, Automode ga Kiremashita
    乙女ゲーム六周目、オートモードが切れました。
    Author: Soratani Reina
    Artist: Futaba Hazuki
Genre: Fantasy, Harem, Shoujo, Slice of Life
    Publisher: Arian Rose (Frontier Works)
    Year: 2015
    Volumes: 3 (Completed)
    Manga Adaption: No
Description: When I regained consciousness, I found myself in an otome game. I would quickly head towards destruction. It made no difference whether it was a good ending or a bad ending. I became the character known as, “Mariabell Tempest,” the daughter of a pedigree family. Despite possessing an unrivaled level of beauty, I had the worst personality, that of a villainess.

My opinion: Some time ago I've read the fan translation of the web novel version and immediately took a liking to this novel. It's your typical "protagonist gets reincarnated as the villainess in an otome game" novel, only that at the beginning, the protagonist has absolutely no control over her actions at all and after five rounds of playthroughs which ended each time with her death, she awakens for the 6th round, now as a baby and with full control over her body. Equipped with the ability to finally make her very own decisions she strives to destroy all her death flags, what ultimately isn't easy. In this case it seems really similar to My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!. Readers who like Bakarina will surely also like this novel.

  • Sounds interesting, I would love to read it!

Is there any point to her being reincarnated, if she has to go through the game 5 times anyways?

  • I love villainess novels, so upvote!

An illustration of the female protagonists of different novels Futaba Hazuki did draw the illustrations for.
For three of these novels J-Novel Club should be able to get the licenses.
