Synopisis (Copied from MAL):

As the son of the late legendary actress Subaru Ayase, Yuu has had many expectations placed upon him after he transferred to Saika Academy, a highly prestigious school where students can hone their personal talents. However, in contrast to his mother, Yuu is completely talentless. Being seen as completely mediocre, he would have no chance of standing side by side with the three emperors of Saika Academy: the Mikadono sisters, Miwa, Niko, and Kazuki, who are each prodigies in shogi, martial arts, and performing arts, respectively.

With Subaru's friend agreeing to take her son in, Yuu aims to fulfill his mother's last wish to him, which is to build a happy family, after never being able to form a proper mother-son relationship due to their difference in talent. As it turns out, his mother's friend is actually the father of the Mikadono sisters! Keeping his mother's wish in mind, Yuu aims to build familial bonds with the siblings. However, due to their extreme focus on their respective specializations, they show little interest in opening themselves up not only to him, but to each other as well. Nonetheless, Yuu strives to continuously support the three prodigies, as his kindness and care restores the bond between the sisters.

My exposure to this is a scanlation. I've read most of volume 1.

Our Hero(?!) is the son of a famed actress who has no "talent" in any field that is esteemed and at the same time his face is the image of his mother's; everyone always has great expectations upon meeting him and are disdainful when they discover he's the dictionary image for "ordinary."

So, yeah, he's not good at sports, or academics, acting, games, etc.; he's average, if that.
His mom didn't have a problem with this. She wanted him to do what he desired.
Mom just died; illness, she knew she was going, so was able to make some arrangements for him following her death.
Got a friend to take guardianship.
He's enrolled in the most prestigious school ever...as a general education student; everyone he comes across is going, "We have a general ed program?" because the place is crammed to the gills with Talent.

No one will believe he has no Great Skillz in some area; he's the son of [redacted]!
After forcing him to go through the auditions for various activities, stunned disbelief.

What he's good at is support.
Good?
It's his talent.

This starts to become clear as we move into the initial comedic setting: Where he lives.
Guardian is off on business; I suspect he'll be a voice on the phone for simply ages.
Sends him a duplicate key to the residence.
Doesn't mention that he has three daughters living there. of course he doesn't, and it's deliberate on the guardian's part.
At school they are known as The Three Emperors; they tower over everyone else in their areas of specialization.
At home?
Um, lets say housekeeping is a weak area?

This does the manga no justice, what I've written.
It's really sweet, and really good.

What our MC desires is family.
