@serah It would be cool to see full color art of the manga style! Maybe while it's serialized it might get some color pages... I'm not sure if JNovel will upload them depending on if they use the materials from the collected volumes...

I agree about the cover art and coloring of the novels too! I picked up the series because the description of the story sounded like something up my alley, and I got vol. 1-6 at once. The color pallet is very easy on the eyes and I like how everyone has their own hair color or clothing style to help them pop a bit beside each other :D

Discommunication has been avoiding breaks between volumes so far, but the holiday madness messed with things a bit, and we've decided to take the usual off week this time.

Volume four will be launching on January 14th!

@terabyte Yeah, and it doesn't look like the other Ruu girls are anywhere near as shaken up about the incident as they were in the LN. I guess the manga adaptation wants to completely gloss over that whole part.

Reckless Journey is a prequel spin-off that takes place before the main story, but it isn't required reading.

It started lighthearted with some laughter and smiles but ended with a cliffhanger.

Vol.3 Chapter 4:

p2 2nd panel - Surely the MOM could've been transformed better onto the phone screen. The perspective does not align at all. p29 4th panel - "continue" is split between two lines and needs a connective dash. p35 - I think I get the tone you're going for with "Little Maria", but I don't think it translates great. I don't know what would be a good solution though.

Chapter 5:

p6 3rd panel - Is there a reason why he says "This is a world where words like 'ability' and 'talent' mean everything." as opposed to "This is a world where ability and talent mean everything."? The former sounds less natural to me, to a point where I wonder if there's a specific reason why it's specifically that way. p22 2nd panel 2nd bubble - Would a middle aged mom from the countryside call nerds "nerds"? In my mind it wouldn't be in their vernacular. Wouldn't "emotionally stunted adults" fit the same bill and be a little more adequate? p26 4th panel 3rd bubble - Shouldn't it be "Serizawa's"? p34 2nd panel - Missing word "But being fulfilling is no substitute for adequate pay." p35 1st panel 1st bubble - Missing period.

Yeah, this is reminding me of all the gut punches I suffered while reading the novel T.T
