@Paulo27 Though, doing that way seems easier that going to each page of a series. It still is better having a page just for it. Because imo it will be needed, especially when the quantity of series starts to increase.
Indeed, adding that to the release schedule page as well it seems better than only on the Forum.
I think there's mathematical methods you can use to calculate the reading level of a book. Always have trouble finding them online though. It'd be nice if there were a tool that could do the calculations for you.
Here's a site where you can request a Lexile level calculator tool.
Never used that particular calculation / calculator, so I don't know if that'll help you.
There's another site I found titled readabilityformulas (with a com for the address). That one seems to list a few methods for calculating US grade levels. I think I used Smog?
These are good suggestions, I am thinking something similar since most discussion here seems to be from members anyway.
Segmenting the parts discussion into the members only section was really to help prevent spoilers to people who don't have subscriptions, but it's probably not very important at this point.
I should try and program a decent spoiler plugin for this forum... any volunteers?
Nook sales are now online!
You should be able to find all 6 of our currently published ebooks on their store.
I'll be adding links to them on the main site shortly, but you can just search their store and the titles should come up. Sorry about the delay, I just had other priorities.
@Aruseus493 It's always a balancing act with how much to localize certain terms. With Isekai, we felt like in the context the character was actually using it almost like a "special terminology" and that the meaning is made clear from what she actually talks about, hence no need for a special note in that case.
A standard translation of "another world" actually in this case doesn't work that well since she seems to consider time travel stories as part of the isekai genre!
I guess that means Urashima Tarō would be the first Japanese isekai story?
@Sam-Pinansky What about giving this to everyone who subscribes? Everyone gets every single multiple series title available to unlock for a set period of time for them to finish it before it becomes inactive. They get to choose the one they want to read and when, but once they activate the timer you cannot pause it or reset it. So they basically get the ability to choose when they do so, but only a 1 time thing for each series.
Personally I rather not feel pressured to read everything like we do right now lol. We will still be paying for the subscription regardless, so please treat us consumers with patience xD
I rather have the option of when I start a series than feel rushed by time to finish a series just because it is currently being translated.
