It shows up in some regional dialects in American English, too. In the American South (or parts of it), for example.

The quickest solution would be to download the full ebook from your library and read it on your stock reading app. Like iBooks or Google Play Books.

2nd quickest is to read on the app, not on a browser.

Since you purchased the book it is yours to read on any device you own. Assuming the release date for that book has passed.

Beyond that, without specifics we can not help troubleshoot.

You are not the only one who would like some adjustments to be made to the translation.

I wonder whether the third party PWA reader discussed at https://forums.j-novel.club/topic/8812/an-e-reader-optimized-pwa-for-j-novel-club works on Kobo.

@pcj Unfortunately this does not show entries in the future, which is what would be of use here.

You really want to doublecheck the Premium Content Thread because the info on the individual purchase pages is often...incomplete..., at least for the earlier works from J-Novel.

Discovering that was what lead to my repurchasing a number of volumes I'd purchased elsewhere prior to really checking out JNC's website and discovering the DRM-free status &c.

I agree it's hard to catch up with the current reader.

The approach taken by the https://jnc-reader.wscr.dev/ third party reader is much better for this use case
