They probably want to avoid using hard numbers since the readers library will adjust based on factors and while the number has only gone up so far, it could go down eventually.

For Android tablet specifically, the reading experience matters a lot more than on phone so the app choice is important.

That volume is not part of the Readers Library, and it is not currently on pre-pubs, so it can't be read with any membership.

The book can be purchased and then you can read it on the website or download it as an ePub.
