Yeah conceptually campfire cooking only has so many ways to cook the same story over and over in a way that doesn't make it very boring.

I wouldn't actually mind a few chapters about the other group of summonees who eventually fled the country too. At some point they'll have to have heard about what the heck Mukohda's been up to. Hell, a PoV from the place that summoned all of them could be interesting too as just way to break up the whole, hunt, butcher, eat cycle.

Any books distributed on the new method will appear on the sale. Any on the old method will not.

We do plan on bringing all books from the old method to the new method in time. Unfortunately, that means some books part of our sale will not go on sale on Kobo.

Welp the anime started last week and is is spot on (as anime go) with the LN and manga. I specifically like the way they portrayed the MC's father as a cold, calculating SOB that puts the kingdom ahead of everything including his daughter. I hated him.

Just to add onto that, the two series you mentioned are only partially available in readers tier. If you sub to that tier you'll get access to the first 3 volumes worth of parts for each series.

In one or two episodes we'll get the ingredient gathering at the Goddess's Spring. In the book, we get Rozemynes POV: Lessy rocks back and forth, waking her, she finds they are at the spring, events happen. Then afterwards we get Ferdinand's POV when he tells her of the forest carrying Lessy away, and all the men being excluded from the spring by a mana wall.

Because the book is from Rozemyne's POV, this is pretty much the only way to do it. However, the anime depicts a third person POV, so it has the option to present events in strict chronological order. It could go either way, so I'm curious to see what the director chose. (Lessy being carried away by trees could be a fine end of episode cliff-hanger.)

I'm enjoying the adaptation so far. They've really capture Alna's and Dias' characters.
