Another request for PayPal here - UK Banks are quite abusive when it comes to foreign currency payments, so if I pay in dollars, it will cost me almost the same amount again in handling fees and poor exchange rates.

I totally want to sign up here, but that isn't going to happen if I have to use my card directly.

Are you on PC or mobile/tablet? What browser+version and operating system are you on? Which manga chapter specifically are you trying to read? Did you try reading any other manga chapters; if so, do they all crash the website, or just some of them? Did you try reading in incognito mode?

The problem with the mobile website is a bug that we'll look into fixing. As for there being a lack of ways to jump to the series/volume, we'll add that to our list to look at for a future website update.

As for the app, unfortunately we have had a lot of problems over the last year getting the app through the Google/Apple Store review process, so we have diverted our development resources to the website and backend infrastructure instead. We plan to resume working on the app as soon as we can, but our progress is still largely dependent on whether the app stores will play ball or not.

Another addition but one a long time coming, we've updated the website reader so that in 2-page horizontal mode, if there is an odd number of pages, the final page can be reached via keyboard! Please let us know if you encounter any issues with this fix and we will take a look ASAP.

@myskaros That's great to know, wasn't sure since some apps (for example) won't let you use your app store credit balance since they just pass the credit information over to the merchant.

I have an online store where I've been buying stuff for years, I had one transaction with them where the bank required additional verification, so their system texted me a verification number, I entered it and the transaction was immediately declined and I got a notice from the bank saying they detected potentially fraudulent activity and blocked the transaction (that I had just used their 2 step verification to verify).

Very likely this case as my August subscription just has been debited on my bank side.

Damn, I thought this was about reading J-Novel books through the public library. Nine out of ten books I try to request don't appear to be available through Libby.

@LegitPancake I believe the front page doesn't auto refresh that information. If the home page is left open in a tab in the background it may contain out of date information if not manually refreshed. The original report is probably sourced from simple, user error. e.g., I leave the home page open for weeks at a time without looking at it, but when I eventually check, I only remember to refresh when it looks weird. And the looking weird probably stems from the "Coming Soon" section, I'm not really sure.

@myskaros ok thank you i just wasnt sure since i hadn't receive anything i had a feeling that wasnt that case push come to shove ill just delete them from my library since i dont need them on here anymore

I never read manga on mobile because it's always really, really slow in loading the images and sometimes it just seems stuck loading for a long time. Whatever backend processing they're doing doesn't work well on mobile.

Did you read the beginning of chapter 6 before? I've found that the viewer takes you to whatever page you were on the last time you viewed a section. That is, if you got to page 29 the last time you viewed the section, by default the viewer will take you to page 29 the next time you view it.

But that's a separate issue from whether it starts their arbitrarily...
