Yea logging out and then back in should be the first troubleshooting step. You don’t need a subscription to read prepubs for volumes you bought though, if you want to cancel the subscription and get a refund the support email may be able to help you.

Just like restarting a program or rebooting your computer are common "first steps".

As Crimson Wise said, the ebook we created mistakenly starts near the end of the book on some ereaders, where the color images were. This was due to a minor quirk in how those readers determine what the first page of the ebook should be and is related to the fact that JNC moved the color images in the back a couple years ago.

The premium ebook has been updated (v1.0.1), and we are in the process of uploading the update to the webstores as well.

@SamW77 just want to confirm they're errors in the downloaded epub, not the parts read in the app/on the website right?

I typically include the series and volume (if limited to a single volume's errors) as the subject then list the relevant chapters and a little bit of context to help them find the relevant part (like in one of the corrections threads for prepubs, just with a chapter instead of a %)

@admin The epub itself seems to have no problems (atleast according to Sigil, maybe there are nowadays better tools to check).

And to be true never tried the CLI to convert an epub.

It looks like Roll20 produces a similar warning: https://www.reddit.com/r/Roll20/comments/hj08nd/stripecom_crosssite_scripting_attack - seems like it's just NoScript not having a proper whitelist for legitimate cross site scripting use cases.

The only thing I wonder is if there is a setting in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Content-Security-Policy which could tell NoScript that the behaviour is acceptable. It might need to be at the Stripe end though which is beyond JNC's control.

@fernan142-0 Great news if you happen to have this option available. Google and Apple pay methods are now available if you load the web site on your mobile device. This could get you around the issue you are having if JNC support hasn't gotten back to you with an alternative solution.

@Prometheus0000 The easiest way to post a photo (without exposing your google account) is to upload it to https://imgur.com/ (does not need a log in). Once it's uploaded, right click (or long press on tablet) and click "copy image address" and then in the JNC forums, press the picture frame icon. Paste the image address into  by replacing the "image url" in the parenthesis. I'll post an example in this spoiler.
