I'm not sure if this one is going to grab me, but it is doing significantly better than Reset/Reboot. I can keep track of who is saying what, and they've at least made a start on getting me to care about the characters.

So is Celes Suama's mother in disguise or is she up to no good?

Yes!

She really turned the subtly creepy up to 11 for this guy.

@jpwong would be really handy for celiac sufferers!

Inori has used Analyze Eye, but I think some part of him also recognizes the way those who hide their true selves carry themselves while maintaining a facade.

I like that as much as Arya might be developing feelings for Inori, she still recognizes that he's the greatest threat to the world there is at the moment.

There's no corrections section for manga so I'm leaving this here. Vol 8 Ch5 p10 onwards it appears the kerning for Jess' narration is very tight.

Is this intentional? JP Comic-walker hasn't gotten this far to cross check.

Poor delusional prince's consort... with a future queen like her, I'm afraid the kingdom isn't going to last to see her failure of a reign.

Though I'm not sure the prince needs any help in bringing about the ruin of his kingdom. Not reading or realizing the consequences of what he's signing, his stupidity, and the mass of illegal activities and bad diplomacy he's doing all for his pride it going to destroy their alliances, their economy, and finally their kingdom.

Still I wonder if the Kingdom would have found out who was behind the Coin stuff without Elizabeth's spy and manage to investigate so fast. Surely they would have, but the speed allowed them to trap Friede.
Let's imagine Elizabeth wasn't there, the Kingdom would have figured out what Friede was doing, so they could have had the time to stop any investigation, the treaty would not have been signed and any proofs destroyed.

About the treaty, the Manga changed that part. Friede actually read the entire treaty in the Light Novel, thinking there could be a trap (he realize Lucas' goal was to get him sign that treaty from the start). But in that case, it's not clear how the treaty was written.

Ha, the look on Hana's face in the last panel of today's Chp 4 release...priceless.

Asley’s harem expands? ;p

Or is it Poochi’s? 😉

I think you nailed it @Lily-Garden.

Yuusuke should turn his brother in for a refund.

She didn't say anything about the magical girl part...

That “fight” definitely felt like a volume-ender. ^^;

I completely forgot that Emily was a reincarnator from Earth. Boy did she show it off in spades in this chapter.

Abel who totally doesn't resemble someone the heirs to nations would recognize.

This thing is so stupidly cute...I love it!

The parental kimono shot at the end was lovely, and the girls’ reaction to it was hilariously awesome. :)

Nanami's dad looked like he worked for the Gokusen Yakuza...

He actually does look like that one guy from that series, doesn't he? Lol. I think Nanami's dad is significantly larger, though. And somewhat less of a meathead.

I’ve been waiting for this release for soooooooo long, and it doesn’t disappoint! I purchased the manga from another retailer but thought I’d leave a review here so that the publisher can see how popular it is and future releases are welcome!
Opposites attract is my favourite dynamic of all time and this manga delivers on that in spades! I was surprised to learn that Mamochi and Tsubasa are so much more unlikeable in the source material compared to the live action drama. But that’s understandable since TV is a more accessible medium. This difference, along with the actors’ performances, makes it seem like two different universes. But I don’t mind that becuuse it feels like two different-but-same stories!
One thing I’m not a fan of is the art style making Mamochi and Issei look at least ten years younger than their supposed ages. But I can let that slide since the story ticks all of my boxes. I can’t wait for future volumes!!!!

The manga is so much better than the LN (at least to me).

Could be. I never tried the LN. :)

Grab Sumire by the scruff of the neck and throw her toward the lizardman.
Then run like hell for the elevator...easy peasy.
