@Baka_Neko From what I can tell, they need to have a mechanism available to remove a person's personal information, but since it can require the user to make the request in writing or verbally, an email request would seem to be fine?

The thing there is that JNC doesn't actually store any personal information in their system (unless you used your real name for your account username) except your email address. Your credit information is stored with their credit processor (which you can also email them to have removed) and since everything about their sales is digital you don't store any address information with them for any shipping related function.

It's great to see that the community is helping out with this kind of thing. I'm glad to hear that you got a response and that your replacement copy will be shipped soon.

@PuckGoodfellow00-0 I just fixed the part for the app. However, please be aware that if you run into this issue with other parts in the future, you can switch to vertical reading for that part to fix it. We want to fix this in a future app update, but the issue is complex and will require significant time to untangle.

For everyone else, this was mainly due to a US ZIP code missing in our system, which is rare but does happen sometimes. If you have this issue, let us know and we'll get the ZIP code added!

For the credit card not being deleted, it was actually because @_peteyg was actually repeatedly adding copies of that payment method to the account when getting the ZIP code error, which is an edge case not really shown in our UI since our system is designed for a single default payment method, which is the latest one added. When the payment method was repeatedly being deleted, those copies were getting removed, there were about 3 left by the time I checked

@redmasq That's good to know. I don't have Telegram and don't particularly want to sign up just for this thing, but it doesn't look like there's any other way to report an issue to the dev(s). I was able to get into the 4.x beta program and found that the 4.x beta versions have the same problem as the 3.x versions. =/

@tim_pkmn89 This is a license rescue where we published many volumes direct to epub without streaming, then went back and added the parts before the rental system was being developed, so it's a weird exception. I'll start fixing these, thanks for the heads up!

For the second issue, you can still access the chapters from within the web reader, just not directly from the series page. I've escalated this to the development team to investigate. For the first one, it looks like we hit the far-future temporary release date for those simulpub volumes; they should disappear from the front page in a few minutes.
