Advice regarding a similar problem on a different thread that might be helpful:

@heimdal7 should be fixed now, didn't load for me before but does now (got reported on discord and staff responded)

When you have a part opened the drop down menu to choose parts for the other volumes still listed as "default title (short)" for all other volumes.

Please go to the third tab in the app. The top right corner has a log out icon. Please log out and back in.

That typically fixes it. If that doesn’t work delete the app and redownload it.

Also it's possible your purchase happened during the current "site down for maintenance" situation; JNC may not be processing such just now.

I could be completely wrong concerning there being a connection, but the timing seemed relevant.

It's possible the website is using offline data storage to store the content it downloads rather than depending on the browser cache. Probably too late to test it now but if it happens again I would try clearing that in addition to the cache (in Firefox it's separate but in the same place where you clear cookies).

This issue has now been resolved.

As for the question of future releases. This a very manual process. Which does invite the possibility of delays. We are aware of how often this happens. We hope that in the future with updates to the site, this will a thing of the past. Until then we will work to ensure that issues like this occur as infrequently as possible.
