No, although I don't really care is they're used, but I find them a bit too jarring. In my opinion the basic :( :) ;) ^^ are enough to express most of the meaning emojis are usually used for, and they blend better with the rest of the text.
Plus, I know it's stupid, but I have a hard time taking seriously anything which use more than 2 of them.

    Hello!

I am actually not seeing any issue when I read Part 3 on my phone or the website.

However it is important to note that the e-Book for V9 has already been released as such they recommend sending any errors found to support@j-Novel.club.

There seems to be no issue in the ebook, so it looks like it was resolved.

@harunachiep my bad. I kept that short after all the confusion with the postings being moved back and forward. I was mainly referring to this reply you got after you assumed as I did, it might had something to do with the email.

@myskaros said in Error Report Section for J-Novel Club Series:

@harunachiep No, that's more likely just because we're all busy and small corrections to released e-books are lower priority. We'll fix them eventually, but not sure when.

While it is understandable and no one to blame, it is one kind of reply you usually would not get from a customer service department (of course I do not see @myskaros as customer service, unless they are which I do not know). While the truth is always appreciated I see such stuff as disheartening to give further feedback/support when you actually do not have to.

Helping the service provider to make their product better for everyone is a voluntary thing to do, after all.

@shiny I do not even mind the pretty basic design of the front page. But seeing outdated information and incorrect set content despite it is running on a CMS is really hard - especially since those kind of issues are very easy to mend.

Since this has been addressed I will lock this topic down.

@jpwong That is actually a good hint. SEPA works quite different - much more customer-friendly in legal terms, compared to credit cards.

While for VISA/mastercard I know there are insurances for the retailer/merchant, a SEPA transaction can be revoked up to 8 weeks later without the need of giving any reason. That makes abuse on international level possible and easy, since the general way to get your money in Europe - in case a transaction has been revoked - is only the legal way.

I have read through most topics here which are accessible for non-members. A lot of issues and wishes and suggestions for the app/website mentioned are old and repeated a bunch of times. Would a new topic help?

Yea, that's why I stay regular member, since I mainly read the pre-pubs, and buy premium ebooks every once in a while for my favorite series or ones I missed during pre-pubs. I definitely don't buy 36 books a year, but I do read that many, if not more, in prepubs.

@lilithr02r1 So like a cart system? Yea, that's been requested for years, and I'm sure Sam plans to do something like that when they revamp the site.

@raitoiro Yes exactly, I thought I could read any novel from the platform the moment I bought it with the subscription status that matched.

Oh yeah, I did not know about such possibilities!

A big thank you to all for your return, which helped me a lot.

    @z4raki

Before you do go through with buying membership I would ask what are you expecting to get out of it?
Because it seems to me you think it will give you access to read those series, which is simply not the case.
I might be misreading what your after from j novel club but I would recommend you read through the benefits list carefully.

Easy solution: Read everything. I will admit though, with the number of new titles getting added, that is starting to be quite a challenge. Kind of like watching all the anime released in a season. Although the quality level here is much higher.

Edit to add: Currently, I've got a backlog of 24 parts to read, with more getting added every day.

@shiny I like knowing what's coming to some extent, because it gives me something to look forward to.

It's just that having to look through everything that's scheduled for release, just to find what has been released is. Irritatingly inefficient?
