Harold is an edgy child who is set to carry the universe in his shoulders, but it's an interesting novel.

Just started watching the anime, and it become immediately obvious that the original material was a novel. Went looking to find out if I could buy and read it somewhere, but to no avail. As such I would love for J-novel to get the English novel rights!

Absolutely loved this series anime adaption. Really hope it gets localized eventually.

Since the first post, it has 14 volumes now. Dunno if it makes sense to license given how Kodansha previously licensed the Monogatari series and just wants to ignore it, but whatever

I recently read the WN and had a great time with it. The world building is good and I really enjoy the somewhat more complex and realistic characters/story. It's not simply "These are the good guys and those are the bad guys", but instead makes you think about the ideals, decisions and events. As much as I like my brain-off-feel-good series, it's novels like these that leave a lasting impression and I'd like to see this one getting an official English release.

So it's a 90s Konosuba? I'd check that out.
