My favorite scene this chapter was definitely Will dodging the three arrows that Menel fired so fast one at a time, and then just jabbing the fire without looking. So COOL.

I love Menel too. I love Will. I love ALL the characters, darn it.

A 'boy' with "feminine beauty"... yeah, after that kind of line line I'm expecting that next chapter Will will end up changing into his gym clothes and then ask "What's wrong? We're both boys" when our elf friend blushes.

@Rozmdan The fact that he's aware of how much of a heel he is helps me sympathize with him a bit. I at least see that he's letting himself be the butt of jokes.

Still, no excuse for spitting on food (they're poor; they can't afford it), threatening to do something awful to Shihoru, and taking the wrong job class because you felt like it.

I'm surprised that I prefer the Ranta chapters. He's a dick but he's so much less wushy washy than the MC that I prefer him as a lead.

I know the main character lacking self confidence is his arc and that's cool, but it's nice to have few breaks from his narrative voice while he gets there.

I like how the unlimited bath evolves
