I loved that Mutsuko doesn't study great be because they're not a realistic concern in modern Tokyo and her asides during the tense confrontation between Yu and Serial Killer Girl were a hoot!

Happy there's more parts after the next one because I don't want this to end!

@Karsin The meaning is explained in the text a bit later, don't worry, you'll she what she is a "maniac" about by the end of the part.

That "Who all has keys" is purposeful here, as not-quite proper grammar. The question is "who are all the people who have keys", which is why the answer is "Me and the president"/

This book is rather amazing in that it is largely introductions and build up and yet still very engaging. I don't know if there's enough info here to fully be able to untangle the web, but the writing gets me more interested in the mysterious atmosphere than the resolution of any particular mysteries. Basically, I'm in it for the ride not the destination. If the destination is good, that's gravy.

@Demelza Yeah, usually when you introduce the big baddie in the first real battle you probably aren't going to turn it into a long-running series!

@the-green-death Our plans are to continue on at a volume every other month pace without break, but I wouldn't say 100% there won't be a break, we'll see how the translation staff is keeping up.

This is definitely the chapter where the premise snaps together and you start to see all the possibilities it offers.

I feel it's slowed down as part of the recent anime adaptation / maybe focusing more on the Visual Novel release rather than the light novel?

half way through just finished chapter 2 gonna read the other two chapters tomorrow, interesting concept... feel the series is going to get dark fast or just go into a weird ecchi siscon thing. Either could happen, i'd like to see what title i have above my head,,,
