The new license reminded me a bit about this so I thought I'd give this one a bump. The new one is about a guy training a gal or something while Hiota no Kanojo is about a girl that's trying to learn about eroge cause she likes the protagonist. Ecchi Romcom Justice.
So One Peace Books announced they have the license to the manga. Here's hoping someone like SS or JNC eventually manage to break through the Alphapolis wall to get a Light Novel.
@Vivian There is always going to be a bit of confusion due to how Nasuverse Magic works. However, I feel the only major callbacks that might exist will be Fate/Zero, seeing as Waver is the main character.
