Let me rephrase the question then: is there a list where we users - do not have to be users, you can put it in the members only section by all means - can see which titles JNC picked up due to it being suggested by the users/members?
The very first post of this current thread has a list of suggestion posts that eventually got a license, many of which were taken by JNC. They are labeled for which company licensed which. Companies don’t usually make known why something was licensed, though.

Would it be okay to suggest a novel license here? I'm new here so I don't know where else I can do so. If you know a place I can do so, feel free to direct me toward it. There's one light novel series that I really want someone, anyone, to license and bring to the US, and that's Shounen Onmyouji by Mitsuru Yuuki. It tells the story of Abe no Seimei's grandson and his dream of surpassing his grandfather, but also having to deal with demons, youkai, and a bunch of other things. I absolutely adore the anime, and I'd love to read the novels as well.

You can take a look at what other have posted on how to format your post, but in the end you can try to "sell" the title anyway you wish.

Ah I see someone else suggested Tsuki ga Michibiku, I've read read manga a bit but can't get my hands on the LN it seems, all that I've found is a kinda awkward TL of the webnovel.
But I hear the JP publishers refuse to even talk about other language translations. -
