After having gone through those steps, although I don't think that's what did it (more than likely some sort of update taking place), the read now button is showing up again. First noticed the button was back when I went back to the same title to recheck something, and checked a couple more titles. Everything appears to be working normally now.

I just finished reading this volume in one go. I felt each short story was a bit off in pacing; and that while I usually find this series decently paced.

All I will say about the final story is that I didn't really mind it myself (as long as they keep it as one-off 'comedy' thing).

Also, around 81% of Part 6,

“It just didn't make any sense,” Minori-san said apologetically.

Should Minori-san be Myusel?

I'm up to part 5.

took me awhile to finish this volume, had binge read volume 1 to 3, but then stopped at the last two chapters of volume 4. The story is finally tying up some of the plot. We learned a bit of the history of the house and Naoki, the characters matured even Takeshi not as annoying as in volume 1 and I even cheered for Takura and Mika happiness.

Only a single volume remains I am really eager to start reading it to it's conclusion I wonder if they going to explain the relationship of the game and the house.

I can post while reading now with my new phone setup, so gonna post some notes and observations as I go. I'm on part 5 of this volume 6.

So we're onto this chapter where Fujiko and the robot gal with the green hair are having a conversation about Dorans, and that was where I left off. Time to jump back in!

Edit: I'm onto part 6. Took a look at the black and white inserts... Hooboy this chapter has a lot for romance fans I guess? x)

Sounds like this Keina Dorans might not be long for his world after all since it sounds like she'll be fulfilling a role. Maybe her memories will get absorbed back into Sauga though.

I took a peek at the Afterward and the writer does say this is a cool down chapter indeed.

Edit 2: Finished. It was nice to see the girls working together again at the end to help Akuto through the story. Though, I guess none of them remember Dorans.

Sounds like we'll be entering a game space soonish.

Just finished blitzing through the epub. I don't know what to say, I mean, everyone here has seen the anime, right? Like, what exactly would there be to be said? The discussions finished years ago. Kinda. Now the long wait for vol 4 to drop.

@hatguy12 His name in the original Japanese was コーゼン・ウァイセツ, (Kouzen Uaisetsu) which is a blatant pun on 公然わいせつ (Kouzen Waisetsu) which is Japanese for "public indecency" or "indecent exposure" or whatever term your respective country uses for that.
He's a minor character that only appears in this volume and tbh I quite like the way it was localized as "Stark Neykid" in the spirit of the joke. A ton of characters in this series have extremely silly names, so this one's just another example of the author having fun with it, a joke for the readers while people in-universe think it's just a perfectly ordinary name. I mean, heck, Orphen mentioned one of Childman's students by the name "Forte Puckingham" in this very volume and that's not even a localization that's straight up his name (フォルテ・パッキンガム) which is also a joke on "Buckingham Palace" which is バッキンガム宮殿 in Japanese.

Man, I really like the climax of this volume and the foreshadowing by Phonoghoulous at the end. I've already read most of the volumes in Japanese (huge fan of the series and probably one of the people most excited to see it localized), and I'm quite enjoying the translation so far. The afterwords must be hell to deal with because the author tends to drop in wrestling/boxing/MMA jokes and references from the 90s and they're always very silly and nonsensical with very little context.

Next up is volume 4 I guess, and without spoiling anything, anyone who's seen the anime will recognize a lot of the plot of it (although it was HEAVILY edited because they decided to adapt Volume 1 into an entire 24 episode season lol). Can't wait to see how it turns out!

There are about 120 pages between chapter 2 and the epilogue in the table of contents menu, i'm guessing that the link for it within the file had been missed.
