I made a r/lightnovels discussion for this volume.

Sam said he just hasn’t set up the timer yet. There is still another part coming today and every Friday until the volume is finished.

I just read the 1st half of this volume on ebook. I like how the author various historical events to provide context. The thing is(not he'd know probably) the land swapped for some trinkets belonged to a third party.

@rahul-balaggan -- thanks, I had no idea that was the original title for this series. Most titles have a word or two in common, or include one of the ten words of Japanese that I know (Isekai Mahou).

Reviving this a little bit. Any word on volume 5?

@daijobu7000 I read all of them, some are really worth upgrading, the one from vol 5 were really good, some add interresting elements or answer small question ,some are just funny, and some just blend.
Overall each vol tend to have mix of good and average. The ones in vol 10 weren't really good, and the one in vol 11 were average.
Personaly i did upgrade all my vol, i think it was worth it.

BTW, I'm not totally naive, I know these things aren't really representative of Japanese people in general - it was more are the general public aware of the English interwebs "Japan = weird shit" meme & all the stuff mentioned that feeds into it.

So yeah, thanks, they're oblivious the same as any average person in any other country is to their own weird shit. Pretty obvious really I guess. I should have realised there'd be Answerman articles for this.

@aruseus493 Not sure if it's ultimately my call to make, but I tend to lean more on the side of caution and stick as closely to the JP formatting as possible, unless told otherwise (and we haven't had issues so far).
