@Torka There's a speech in the first book about how light shone through different colored prisms turns back into pure white light, and that's a metaphor for the utopia they want to found where all races live in harmony. Calling that a White Nation is obviously really unfortunate in English, so I've been calling the book Empire of Light instead, and would pitch that title if it ever gets licensed.

Regarding the LN of Sword Saint Adel, the most recent LN volume in Japanese was volume 4 in November 2024. So yeah it’s still ongoing for now

Still wish this series would get licensed.

Volume 17 just came out in Japan.

Honestly, I kinda want to read it just because it's so out there. Also I guess it would be a GL series? Or GL adjacent with the gender bent angle.

Since JNC was more willing to license ecchi in the last year or so, here's hoping something short like this could get licensed even if it's a romcom.

Remember years ago, like 2017 or so, I was reading this. Really good manga. Some farming thing came up in conversation about how rural Japan population leaving for cities isnt having the land devoid of humans reintroduce biodiversity naturally, and I immediately thought of this manga. I would love for this to be picked up

I've always been interested in medical stuff so I'd be down to give this one a try if it got licensed.

Would definitely read the light novel. The anime is hitting all the right notes for me.

As of January this year, it's already 13. What's nice is that it's been consistently releasing 2-3 volumes per year.

Brief update: the manga is completed (somewhat axed, but it got to the WN ending). The entire WN is now compiled into two LN volumes by Amazonite Novels with art by Saori Toyota (Cautious Hero)
